可樂雞翼 Coca Cola Chicken Wings



送飯一流的開胃菜! 重點是醬汁!!
可樂含有的梳打有助軟化雞肉, 而且混合醬油後, 煮出一個咸咸甜甜的美味醬汁, 緊緊
包著每隻雞翼, 忍不住嗌一聲 添飯吖, 唔該!” ( ^^ )
This simple recipe makes a great dinner!
Coca Cola is a good ingredient to cook with chicken wings. It helps to tenderize the chicken
meat and gives the chicken wings a yummy, savory salty and sweet glaze.

材料 Ingredients: 
雞翼Chicken Wings                    15pcs, 520g 
薑片Ginger slice                         2pcs 
蒜頭 Garlic(拍扁smashed3, cloves 
蔥段 Spring Onion                     1, one stalk 
Salt                                           1tbsp

汁料Sauce  
生抽Light Soy Sauce       1.5-2tbsp
可樂Coca cola                  300ml

老抽 Dark Soy Sauce      1tbsp
紹興酒 Shaoxing Wine   1tbsp
胡椒粉 White Pepper     少許,Dash



做法How to Make:
1.       雞翼洗淨抹乾, 用鹽塗均雞翼醃2小時, 將雞翼汆水, 撈起抹乾, 加入汁料中浸2小時。
Rinse and pat dry the chicken wings. Marinate the chicken wings with salt for 2 hours. Blanch the chicken wings, drain and pat dry with kitchen towel. Add to the sauce and marinate for another 2 hours.
2.       燒熱鑊, 爆香薑片、蔥段和蒜頭, 加入雞翼煎至金黃色, 倒入汁料煮滾, 用中小火煮30分鐘至汁稠。
Heat up a pan, sauté the ginger, spring onion and garlic until fragrant; add chicken wings and pan fried until golden, pour the sauce and bring it to boil, cook for 30mins under medium-low heat or until sauce is thickened. Done!



入廚小貼士 Cooking Notes:
1.       可樂最好用原版可口可樂, 其他如健兒可或無糖可都會影響味道。
Original Coca Cola is suggested. Others like Diet Coke or No sugar version is not recommended for this recipe.
2.       雞翼一開始用鹽醃可以增加雞翼的底味, 也可去除雪味。
Marinate chicken wings with salt can enhance the flavor and it helps to remove the frozen smell after defrosting.
